At Highwood, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
